KENNETH BROWN
Senior Project Manager & Commercial Estimator
Ken Brown graduated from The University of Texas and went on to receive his Masters Degree in Fine Arts from Texas Tech University. Ken has over 25 years experience in the construction business starting in his early 20s where he was a roofing subcontractor and framer which assisted him in putting himself through college. Ken has gradually built a network of experienced professionals and incorporated Diamond KK, Inc. in early 2006. Under Ken’s direction and guidance, Diamond KK, Inc. has more than tripled its annual sales revenue and been awarded major construction projects since 2006. Ken has the technical background to oversee and consult on all major construction projects contracted by Diamond KK, Inc. Ken’s moto is “do it right the first time.” Ken believes in not compromising quality and has built a reputation in the construction community that supports his belief.
JARED GOLD
Project Manager & Estimator
Jared Gold Graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science in December 2010. Before Jared decided to continue his education he had already gained experience in the welding and fabricating industry, Metal Building Erection, and management of a construction supply company. Immediately Following College, Jared earned a position as an assistant superintendent with a General Contractor, which enabled him to gain invaluable experience with the commercial construction industry. Jared has had over 10 years of experience in the construction field that enables him to proactively solve problems before they happen while maintaining a profitable and on schedule project. Jared believes that good communication and dependability are essential to strong, lasting partnerships. Jared's knowledge and skills make him a valuable asset to the Diamond KK, Inc. Team.
HARVEY AVILA
Remodeling & Construction Specialist
Harvey Avila has over 15 years experience in the remodeling and construction industry. His degree in business and his experience enable him to keep projects on time and on budget. Harvey's trustworthy and honest nature make him easy to work with and his abiltiy to produce quality work enable customers to feel confident in the product they are receiving. Diamond KK, Inc. feels that harvey's work ethic and positive attitude are an invaluable contribution to the company.
LINDSEY HANSEN
Project and Business Operations administrator
Lindsey was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. She served our country as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the United States Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Lindsey joined Diamond KK, Inc. in 2011 when she moved to Texas. She is very well organized and takes extreme pride in being an exceptional team player and a quick learner. Lindsey assists in the achievement of all company goals to include sales initiatives, marketing, project compliance, and lead coordination to name a few. Lindsey has exceptional customer service skills and is always eager to assist our customers, vendors, and sub-contractors with a friendly and professional attitude. She is also committed to continuing her education and is working towards her master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
KATHRYN BROWN
Business Operations Director & Senior Marketing Executive
When Kathryn and Ken married in late 2005, Kathryn was entrenched in a very successful career in real estate; Kathryn was a multi-million dollar producer with the largest residential real estate firm in Houston. Real estate was a second career for Kathryn; Kathryn graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Baylor University and then went on to The University of Texas at Arlington where she received her Masters Degree. Her education trained her in the psychiatric field and she spent 7 years working as an administrator for small psychiatric hospitals in TX, CO, NM. In 2008, Kathryn joined Diamond KK, Inc. as a fulltime employee and she oversees all the office functions to include human resources, office operations, marketing, and all accounting functions. Kathryn has a very high level of integrity and expectations which makes her “perfect” for organizing and staying on top of all company business practices. Kathryn utilizes her management experience, her sales skills, and her real estate market knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and streamline company operations.
MEGAN GOLD
Business Operations Manager & Chief Financial Officer
Megan joined Diamond KK, Inc. in early 2011 and performs many functions within the company from detailed accounting and financial analysis to project management. Megan grew up in the heart of the Texas Hill Country near Fredericksburg, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Finance. Her 6 years of banking and accounting experience, coupled with her, natural ability to manage and multi-task, has prepared her very well for the “many hats” she wears at Diamond KK, Inc. Her attention to detail and her tenacity to get the job done on budget and within project timelines makes her invaluable to the Diamond KK, Inc. team. Megan enjoys living in Spring/The Woodlands area with her husband of 5 years and looks forward to her continued career at Diamond KK, Inc.
